New Holly

New Holly, our newest cottage, blends the cosy feel of our other cottages but with fresh updates, including a new slate floor and underfloor heating. There is full central heating and hot water from our eco-friendly biomass boiler using wood grown right here on the farm. A rustic wood-burning stove creates a warm focal point in the living room.

The soft-grey kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher. The sitting and dining area is bright and comfortable, with a grey sofa, wooden armchairs, a dining set, and a locally crafted oak coffee table. Our retractable blinds help add evening privacy.

Downstairs, the wet room features neutral tiles, a wash basin, loo, bidet, towel rail and both rain and handheld showers.

Upstairs are two light, comfortable bedrooms and a small loo. Both rooms have twin beds, however, one has a pull out bed for a third guest. Both include bedside tables, lamps, mirrors and storage.
